Shipping Policy
Everything at Print Social Club is made to order especially for you. Here's exactly how shipping works so there are no surprises.
Processing / production time
Because each item is printed on demand, please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. This is separate from the delivery time below.
Delivery time (after dispatch)
- European Union: approximately 5–10 business days
- United States: approximately 5–12 business days
- Other regions: estimated at checkout where available.
Total time to receive your order = production time + delivery time. Estimates are not guaranteed and can vary during sale periods or holidays.
Shipping costs
- Free shipping on all orders over €60.
- For orders under €60, a flat shipping rate is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can follow your order any time on our Track Your Order page.
Customs, duties & taxes
For international orders (including items shipped from outside your country), customs fees, import duties, or local VAT may apply on delivery and are the responsibility of the customer. Please note some items may ship from the UK; EU customers may see import charges on these.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (reshipping costs may apply).
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated or your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time past the estimate, email us at hello@printsocialclub.com and we'll help track it down and make it right.
