Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Your 14-day return right
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return, for any reason. Customers in the European Union have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, and we extend this same 14-day window to all customers worldwide.
Condition of returned items
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with any tags attached. We can't accept items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration.
How to start a return
Email hello@printsocialclub.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back before contacting us.
Return shipping costs
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund items lost in return transit.
- If your item is faulty, defective, or not what you ordered, we cover return shipping and will send a replacement or full refund — your choice.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable except where the item was faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
Want a different size or design? The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@printsocialclub.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll fix it at no cost to you.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards and any items clearly marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
