Welcome to Print Social Club. By accessing or buying from this store, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

This store is operated by MB Clautt, trading as Print Social Club ("we", "us"), based in Vilnius, Lithuania. Contact: hello@printsocialclub.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Products and pricing

All products are made to order. We try to display colours and designs as accurately as possible, but actual appearance may vary slightly due to screens and the nature of print-on-demand. Prices are listed in euros (€) unless otherwise shown and may change at any time. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order, including where an item is mispriced or unavailable; if we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance; acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order. Payment is taken at checkout via our payment provider.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this store — including the "PRINT SOCIAL CLUB" name and wordmark, all designs, graphics, illustrations, text, and images — is owned by Print Social Club and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or use any of it without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the store, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The store and products are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the store. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer, including your right of withdrawal and rights regarding faulty goods.

8. Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence in the EU remain unaffected. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
