Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Print Social Club ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit or buy from our store. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect
Information you give us: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (if provided), and order details.
Payment information: processed securely by our payment provider (Shopify Payments). We do not store your full card details.
Automatically collected: device, browser, IP address, and browsing behaviour on our site, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
Why we use it (lawful bases)
To fulfil your order and provide customer service (performance of a contract).
To send marketing emails or SMS, where you have consented (consent, you can opt out any time).
To measure and improve our advertising, where you have consented (consent, see Advertising and measurement below).
To improve and secure our store and meet legal and accounting obligations (legitimate interests, legal obligation).
Who we share it with (processors)
We share data only as needed to run the store:
Shopify, our e-commerce and checkout platform.
Printify and its print providers, to produce and ship your order.
Shopify Payments, to process payments.
Shopify Email, to send communications you have opted into.
Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Facebook and Instagram), to measure the performance of our advertising and to show relevant ads. See Advertising and measurement below.
Analytics and shipping and tracking providers, to operate and improve the service.
We never sell your personal data.
Advertising and measurement (Meta Pixel and Conversions API)
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. To understand whether our ads work, we use the Meta Pixel in your browser and the Meta Conversions API, which sends equivalent information from our server. Together these tell us, for example, that a product page was viewed, an item was added to a cart, or a purchase was completed.
The information shared with Meta can include your IP address, device and browser information, the pages and products you viewed, and events such as add-to-cart and purchase. It can also include identifiers derived from your email address, phone number, name, or address, which are hashed (converted into an irreversible string) before being sent, so Meta can match activity to an account without receiving those details in readable form. This is known as advanced matching.
Meta acts as an independent controller for its own purposes as well as a processor for ours. Meta may transfer this data outside the EU. Such transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses and Meta's own safeguards.
How to opt out. You can refuse or withdraw consent at any time through the cookie settings on our store. You can also control how Meta uses activity from other websites in your Facebook or Instagram settings, under Off-Facebook Activity. Browser-level tracking protection and ad blockers will also prevent the pixel from loading.
International transfers
Some of our providers are located outside the EU, for example in the United States. Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep order and transaction data for as long as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes, and marketing data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@printsocialclub.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Lithuania this is the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija).
Cookies
We use cookies to operate the store, remember your cart, understand how the site is used, and measure our advertising. Cookies that are not strictly necessary, including advertising cookies, are only set where you have consented. You can control cookies through our cookie settings and through your browser. Disabling some may affect how the store works.
