Shipping & Delivery
Here is exactly how delivery works, with no surprises at checkout.
Preparation
Your order is prepared and quality checked before it ships. Allow 2 to 5 business days for this. It is separate from the delivery time below.
Delivery time
- Lithuania: usually 3 to 7 business days after dispatch
- Rest of the European Union: usually 5 to 10 business days after dispatch
- Other regions: estimated at checkout where available
Total time to receive your order is preparation plus delivery. These are estimates and can move during busy periods and holidays.
Delivery cost
Delivery inside Lithuania starts at 5,99 EUR. The exact cost depends on the size of your order and is shown in full at checkout before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.
Customs and duties
Your order ships from inside the European Union, so there are no customs charges or import duties for EU customers. Orders outside the EU may attract local charges on delivery, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You get a confirmation email with your tracking link as soon as it leaves us.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we will contact you to arrange reshipment and a reshipping cost may apply.
Late or missing parcels
If your tracking has stopped updating, or your order has not arrived within a reasonable time past the estimate, email hello@printsocialclub.com and we will chase it and put it right.
